Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason, as long as you have not yet received the package. Once the package is delivered, cancellations are no longer accepted. To cancel, please email us at molam.ae@hotmail.com or call us at 00971561185011.
How do I return or exchange an item if I change my mind?
Returns and exchanges for items that simply do not suit you can only be done at the exact time of delivery, while the delivery representative is still present. The item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact, and you will be responsible for the delivery and return fees. Please note that tailored items and products bought during special promotions cannot be exchanged unless they are defective.
What happens if I receive a defective product?
If your item has a clear manufacturing defect, you have the right to return or exchange it immediately without paying any extra delivery charges. We will send a special representative to collect the defective item from you.
How does the return collection process work?
When you request a valid return, we will dispatch a special representative to collect the product from you. Please ensure the item is in the same condition as when it was delivered and that you include the original purchase invoice, as we cannot issue a refund without them.
When will I receive my refund?
Refund timelines begin on the day we receive the returned products and your invoice. If you paid with cash, you will be refunded within 1 day. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days, with no additional refund fees applied.
